I have a 2000 LE and I've been all over the interwebs looking for anything to spruce up the look of the Ol' Gal and so far I've come up with diddly squat. I mean I've seen stock photos of something resembling a protrousion off the back by the 3rd brake light but surely this cant be it.!.!.... Can it? is there any other headlights? Anything would be better than nothing thanks in advance.

I've had similar search results.

I think I saw lowering kits somewhere. There are some body lines that would lend themselves to two tone paint, I'd go for light gold on the top 1/2 and medium gold on the bottom I've read that some Lexus wheels fit. I've seen peel and stick plastic wood kits for the dash that could look good but could also look horrible. The first half of the 1st generation Sienna has glass headlamps that of course that don't get cloudy which is nice. You could chop up a fiberglass visor from a PT Cruiser.

Since I live in Hawaii I have pictured a pretty-easy-to-pull-off thick bamboo roof rack but the problem there is that I've worked with the most expensive varnishes and know there is nothing you can put on that will last in the sun, if you can invent that you'll be a billionaire selling it to all the rich yacht people here who redo their varnish constantly.

If only they'd paid Chip Foose a million bucks to draw Siennas for a week.

Photo #4 is with 55w 3000k hid fogs. Photos #7+9 are just 55w halogen. And for anyone wondering, just install the relay harness(es). It's worth the peace of mind knowing your car won't burn to the ground.

A tastefully done air dam improves the appearance the most for the least money. Better mpg too. Problem is they usually have to be built from scratch. Here's one I built for my Cutlass.

For your bamboo roof rack, look into coating it with bar top coating. it seals and waterproofs. makes cleaning it easy. will cover your varnish nicely and give it a glass look. test it on a small piece to get it down first, if not and you screw up, you have to strip it and redo.

I messed around a bit trying to Ecco mod the White Whale. Found a bumper cover on the side of the road and screwed it to the bumper. Added grill block. Tore off roof rack, bug deflector and trailer hitch. Took 4 seats from back for weight reduction. It will get 30+ on highway now

It looks amazing !
Very creative but blocking off the grill like that. Wouldn't it defeat the purpose of cooling in the radiator when driving the car.. the wind hitting/ going through it ?
I like that idea of the extra thick lip at the deont bumper... it give it this aggressive look.
Tell me a bit more about the tank. How many kms/miles. How long have you had it ?

Thanks , the cover did look cool but the experts said that it was a bad idea and it was causing lift in the front of the car. Evidently, blocking the top is better for air flow. I ran it all winter with the little dollar size opening at the bottom. Now its spring and its getting hotter. I had to open up the lower air dam scoop area. I have a ODB2 reader that wifi's to my phone so i can see how hot the engine is getting if don't get enough air flow. As long as I don't pull a trailer up a mountain in July, I should be ok. It shows Instant MPG and and all kinds of cool engine info. I can get the MPG over 30, if I drive it easy. Do pigeons hang out with your van alot? Cheers Mike

do all of the above as you mentioned but 10X worse.
Here is a picture of last month...( 4 days a week work each week) when I was building sheds for 12 subdivision homes up north.

e country roads speeds vary between 60kmh to 80kmh.
With many steep up hills and downhill and gravel roads obviously.
The closest home depot and Lowe's was 84 km away. With a total weight over [ 2.010 pounds ]
That being said this bulletproof engine still hums like new. Have over 300kms on the engine.
Ps. I have owned 11 different cars and pick up trucks from different manufacturers.. but nothing like the first gen sienna !!!

Hey Mike, I forgot to answer your last question, regarding the the pigeons 🦅🕊
To be honest... Everytime I park my sienna at this plaza... out of all the cars, these pigeons tend to sit, fly and go underneath my sienna. Its weird. Also people dont get it either. But I will say I give them some seeds every now and than..
I guess they love the sienna to.🤔

Does anyone have a custom grille for their sienna. The stock grille looks very plain.. and boring .
Any ideas .?
