I got rear ended this past weekend and I’m trying to assess how complicated it would be to replace this XSE bumper cover on my own. It holds the four sonar sensors and there’s the painted molding on the bottom, so there’s that, but would I have to remove the tail lights and upper bumper as folks have done to install say, a trailer hitch for instance?

Regarding the photo, anyone know what “w/o mesh” refers to?

Finished the repair, the tail lights don’t need to come off but the larger bumper piece needs to. Didn’t figure that out until I broke a piece of plastic. Also needed new sonar sensor retainers. I think the hardest part was to remove bottom trim piece that matches the body color on XSE’s. Overall, an hour’s work that the body shop wanted $200 for.
