My wife drove our 2004 Sienna 100 km to Grande Prairie, Alberta on a rain/snow, slushy day and the driver's side windshield wiper failed. The arm somehow came loose and was flailing around out of sync with the other wiper and threatening to fall off. She stopped at the Toyota dealer (Sean Sargent Toyota) on this Saturday afternoon. She hadn't been there since we bought the van in 2004. A Toyota guy came hurrying out to help before she had time to go inside. He quickly tightened the arm bolt that was loose and when asked how much, said "no charge." In the meantime our daughter had gone inside where the partsman asked how he could help. She said they had a wonky windshield wiper. He asked for the make and model, then rushed out and replaced the damaged wiper. Cost $14.65. Done in 5 minutes. Outstanding service with a smile!!!

I guess that's where we will be buying our next vehicle.
