Help identifying broken piece

Hello all, I was attempting to change spark plugs, and while disconnecting some hoses, a peg to a plastic piece snapped, but I'm not sure what this piece is. I will attach some pictures for you all to see what piece I'm talking about.

I believe the part is "2004-2010 Toyota Egr Vacuum Delay Valve - Toyota (90910-12259)".
