My '92 Previa AllTrac was (forcibly) retired with about 308,xxx miles. (Engine self-destructed/overheated)
My '93 Previa LE was taken out of action at 315,xxx miles. (Accident while loaned to my son's friend)
My '05 Sienna LE AWD was traded for my current '18 XLE AWD with 266,xxx miles.

Not minivans, but
My '86 Camry LE was traded with 343,xxx miles.
My '82 Toyota Pickup was sold with 352,xxx miles.

For us, that's not "high mileage", that's pretty average.

When my van was brand new I got sad over little scratches on the paint and on the seats. But now I don't care after 90,000 miles. I know my mileage is going to kill me way before anything else. If I keep rattling along till 300,000 miles then it's money well spent. I owe a little over $20,000 on it right now. I could pay it off if I wipe my checking account clean but I don't want to do it.

I bought a 2000 Sienna with 48,000 miles in 2002. It's got 286+k now. It's a little loose and has an appetite for 10w30. I just keep adding oil and gas and keeps getting me there. But I caught the new car bug and now drive a 2022 Siena LE Hybrid AWD. It's like driving the space shuttle.
