High pitched buzzing

I have a 2022 sienna hybrid that's making this electronic buzzing sound. I've tried to take it to my dealership but it always stops when I get there. I did record a sound and I will attach it here. Anybody have any idea what this is?

I am going to be calling Toyota at some point to have somebody look at it and drive around with me cuz the only time that I hear it is when they're not in the car with me.
I know it's not my side mirrors because I hear it when I'm parked too. It just gets more intense as I drive
