Been away awhile :)
I told friends and relatives that my daughter would learn to drive in the Sienna, way back in 2005 when I bought it. Well, that happened and now my son is starting to drive in the Sienna, he's almost two years younger. Just passed 445,000 km at the start of September. The pic is from her good side :)

first post. I have a 2006 AWD XLE Limited with 163K miles on it. I know the engine will last 250K+, but I'm curious what repairs or replacement I can expect between now and 200K or 225K miles on it, and the associated costs. Any ideas? Surprisingly, the suspension still feels smooth and solid presently.

Pam is an '08 and she has 274k on her, but got a heart transplant 2 yrs ago in the low 200's which was a low mileage engine out of a 2012 Highlander. A failed head-gasket did the first one in. I have no plans to replace it until the transmission goes or engine goes again. We got it around 135k in 2015 and I've replaced a fair number of 'wear' parts since including: front axles/bearings, rear bearings, serpentine idler pulley, shocks & struts (these are now due again), and obviously brakes & rotors. I also replaced the radiator, a squeaky intermediate steering shaft, and yellowed headlight housings. That may sound like a lot, but we bought her for $5k 6 yrs ago with cash and have had no car payment for 72 months.

Sally is a 2006 XLE Limited AWD with almost 114K miles on her. I bought her used in Sept 2014 with 75K miles from a Toyota dealer in Cincinnati where she was a one owner trade in. So far the worst that I've had happen is having to replace the anti-lock brake controller (and a set of pads and rotors) around 2016. Well, that and I rear ended a person in Feb 2020 and had to have a lot of the front bodywork replaced.

Looking into where to get the timing belt replaced in the next few months as I am so NOT a mechanic.

My 06LE bought new is now at 203k miles and running well. Recent work included new oem axles and renewing the coolant to the correct pink HOAT coolant.

We had an 04 LE8 which was traded in last month at 171K miles. Multiple dash lights were on including CEL and VSC, per the dealer said that the catalytic converters were going to need replacing at $2.4K. The kids nicknamed it the Big Red Car.

The 2022 is taking some getting used to, I miss the better view out the back and the lack of a visible hood. BSM, rearview camera, XLE's parking sensors w/automatic braking help make up for it. I drive slower than before to try to keep fuel economy up, currently at 37 mpg.

Just turned over 330,000 on my 2006 Sienna .
still runs great, barely uses any oil, maybe 1/2 qt every 5,000 miles.
I use synthetic and a high quality filter. Both get changed at 5,000 miles.
Which oil do you use? I like Mobil1 personally, and I use a Napa Gold (Wix) oil filter. Hope I make it to 330k like you, but I let one of the kids drive mine for about a year before I got it back. Been doing repairs ever since. Lol
