lol, my commercial policy would make you all blush.

For 1 year of coverage, I have paid $4100 so far, until progressive decides that they need to change my policy on their end again and charge me more. This is a little bit less than it was with my cargo van, which was $5700 a year. This is for 250/500/100, plus 250/500 under/uninsured, plus 20k economic loss, plus a $500 collision deductible and glass coverage with zero deductible.

for reference, Zero accidents, zero tickets, our zone risk just went up again thanks to all the climate change deniers fleeing to cooler places in the midwest, and the personal policy on my 2020 highlander hybrid is only $850 a year.

I suspect my commercial policy will go up again this year, just because they can, and there aren't many companies willing to insure small courier services anymore.

I wanted to share our insurance story. We're shelling out $768/year for what we think is pretty decent coverage. It's a bit of a jump for us since trading in our trusty 2010 Subaru. Our breakdown includes a $500,000/$500,000 Bodily Injury Liability (costing us $66), $250,000 Property Damage ($49), and a few other bells and whistles. Honestly, not sure if this is a steal or a splurge, but we're happy with it. Anybody else got a similar setup? Also, quick shoutout to a fantastic Mortgage Broker in Basildon who helped us navigate the insurance maze. They threw in some solid advice on this too. Any newbies around here?
