Looking to buy a Sienna XLE or higher asap. Are there any dealers in the greater Chicago area not charging markups? For anyone that has bought one recently, can you please share your experience. TIA!

Long story short: No
The sienna is a high demand vehicle right now. Dealerships all over the country are charging markups and long waiting list are abundant.
If you need it that bad either splurge up for the markup, look for the used car market, or make a deposit and wait it out.
