My 99 sienna interior lights not working n door lock work when van is running, dashboard lights are good, when I turn off engine I have a clicking sound tho not all the time . can someone please help battery is good n fuses are good

Test the bulbs. Usually only one dies but you never know. I've had one out for months and never noticed til a second one died.

Bulbs are good I tested the alternator it only putting out 13.25 will check the relay next
