I never noticed there was 2 lights here by SOS button. Maybe the other one comes on if you press the SOS button?

There is a green light that indicates the system is functioning normally as seen in your picture. The other light is red and indicates a malfunction if it stays on. The red light does come on for a short time just after turning the car on.
