Hi, middle row driver side seat belt got stuck or jammed and its not retracting back in my 2022 sienna hybrid. I tried pulling in multiple direction but its not going back. I tried to search for but couldnt find any youtube video tutorial or anything.

Does anyone know how to resolve this? Or any video explaining DIY repair.

Where's the retractor part of the belt? Can you get to the other side of it? I'd think you'd have to pull it back the way it came, thats why I'm asking.
Didnt someone on this site take apart their seats to install seat heaters? I'd try and search that post, and ask that guy if he had to remove the seatbelt at all.
I'm just mentioning this because he might know how to get that apart?
And lastly, this is also a brand new vehicle, seat belts are kind of an important safety feature, I'm pretty sure a dealer should be fixing this for free, regardless of what they might say the reason was. No seat belt should jam up like that.

Only thing I could suggest is to quickly pull hard and release.

Else a trip to dealership.

I tried pulling hard in different directions with no luck. I guess trip to delaership is the only option. Thanks.

The retractor is inside the seat itself. Thats a good idea I will search for the post. I am more inclining to go to dealership, but just wanted to make sure that if they are not charging me fortune for problem easier to solve by myself. Thanks for your reply 🙏

Is the seat belt tight? If so, you could try tilting the seat forward to give it some slack. If it's not tight, then this won't help.

I was just thinking if it got pulled out fully to activate the seat belt lock (one way ratchet). But it doesn't really look like it's tight in the picture.
