My 2014 XLE AWD drips what I consider a lot of water. It drips from about 18 inches behind the oil drain pan, near the cross of the chassis there.

Even pulling quickly into the garage, there are at least 2-3 water spots in the driveway up to the garage. And then a noticeable pool of water in the area after car is sitting a while. Still has water on the chassis to drip 5-10 minutes after the car is off.

I live in dry Colorado, and this happens even in moderate temperature days, not just high.

Since it's just water, I haven't been worried. But I'm wondering whether I should be concerned and what this could be. If it's some type of cooling system leak or anything like that?

Air conditioning works fine.

It's normal condensation from your front A/C evaporator coil. Nothing to be concerned about.

As mentioned, normal AC condensation. If you turn on the rear AC as well, you should also see a puddle behind the rear passenger tire as well.

Here's a way to be sure - take your normal drive but leave the AC off. Suffer a bit!

When you get home, I'm pretty sure you will not see any puddle.
