my 2007 sienna xle a/c and hot air manual control panel stop working

Hello guys new to this forum. after a raining day i went to turn on my car and the car started fine. i notice on front dash board the a/c button would not light up or any of the other button on that panel. my radio working fine and i have checked several of the fuses because i though they must been burn out. now i have run out ideas of what to check next. any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
