I was on a recent trip to Charlotte, NC and on the way back observed the following on my 2001 Sienna

1. ABS, Trac Off, & VSC lights would come on while driving . (they would go off after I started the car initially)
2. My cruise control wont work when I set the speed (though the cruise light will come on when I push the switch)
3. My rear brake lights stay on even after the is stopped and switched off

ANy guidance to resolve these above issues much appreciated.

It all points out to one problem, I think. The brake light switch. This switch seems to be malfunctioning. It is telling the car the brake is on, which is triggering TRAC and VSC, codes as the computer sees car still running with the brake lights on. Your brake lights staying on after you've shut your car is the proof of this problem and so the Cruise control not activating, as Cruise always deactivates when you press the brakes and brake light comes on..
