I know most posts about the "Maintenance Required" warning light and display in the multi-information display are about how to turn them off after maintenance. Mine is the opposite. It did NOT give me a warning light or show up in the MID at 50K. Also, in the MID, there is now a blank screen at the beginning when you cycle through the screens that I don't remember being there before. It possibly was, and I just don't remember it. It's before "Average Fuel Econ". The warning light on the cluster lights up when you start the car and goes off like it should. It just hasn't alerted me for 50K. It does have the backup camera. Any ideas?

The blank MID screen is apparently normal since my 2014 has it too.

When was your Maintenance Required notification last reset?

The Maintenance Required notification comes on 5,000 miles after the odometer reading at which it was last reset. For example, our 2012 Prius isn't driven much so we service it more by the calendar than by miles driven. Its previous 5,000 mile / 6 month service was performed at about 13,000 miles and the Maintenance Required notification displayed again last week at about 18,000 miles. I reset the Maintenance Required notification myself by pressing the ignition and the mph/kph buttons per the reset procedure.
