I did pretty much the same thing via a different route. My Limited had 18" wheels (235/55-18). I went -1 to 235/60-17 to pick up some more sidewall. I gave some thought to going narrower on the tire (225/65-17) but the Blizzak WS-80 tires have an actual tread width footprint that's almost 3/4" narrower than my Michelin Premier all-season's, so that provided the snow advantage narrow patch.

Just providing an update. I got the tires remounted on the OEM 2019 Rav4 steels and the vibration is completely gone. Thanks all.

Good to hear. Sometimes, OEM quality really is better. Glad it worked out
