The toyota Master technician youtuber explained in detail why 0-16w should be used. From what I understand, since our engine is hybrid, we need the lesser viscosity oil since our engine keeps switching on and off. And when our engine is on, oil needs to be delivered fast, and using 0w-16 addresses this need.
I'll sure be waiting for that oil analysis though. I actually want to use the amsoil 0w-16 if it is priced similarly with OEM.
