Power sliding door not close

Good afternoon, my right sliding door Toyota Sienna 2015 opens when you press the button, and when you want to close it, it does not close, as if something is holding it, it opens normally but cannot close, sometimes it can close, but it is very, very rare. I changed the motor, changed the cables, changed the lock, no I know what to do, please advise
