My 2010 has a slight sag on the passenger side. I don't see anything obviously broken. No noises over bumps & it absorbs the bumps quite well.

It doesn't pull like crazy, but if you let go of the steering wheel, it tends to pull slightly to the right.

Any possible common issues? Worn out rear springs? Maybe just needs an alignment?

The van currently has 202k miles

Sounds like steer head is off I'd start with an alignment for sure.....
Last record of an alignment was at 40k at the dealer. One wheel has kind of a pointed out look.

I was hoping to wait until I get new tires, but they seem to be lasting quite a while.

Would it be best to have the dealer do an alignment or would a regular shop be OK?

The dealer might be a little higher, and the rear has to be shimmed..... which really any alignment shop should be able to do for sure.... sounds like you have some toe out on the rear! Never a bad decision to get an alignment with or without new tires

Rear coils are known to break. The rear axle is a beam type. Best to look at the coils and have the alignment checked.

NOW... Take this with a grain of salt. I am going to guess the rear is going to be out. They all are. They are non adjustable unless someone messes with some sort of a shim or what not. This extra adjustment will be a added fee $$$ on top of the regular alignment price.

Alignment is irrelevant right now. Sag means something is worn out, bent and/or broken. You need to get the van on a lift and find out what's wrong, repair/replace and THEN do an alignment. Alignments typically should be done every 15k miles unless you live someplace with super-flat roads like Florida, so you're definitely long, long overdue. Around here (southern RI), alignments are done, at a minimum, annually.
