Recommendations for spark plug replacement.

One of my rear coils went out at 163k miles. So, I would strongly consider replacing the rear three at the same time as the spark plugs. Use only OEM Toyota or Denso from a reputable source (not eBay or Amazon).

The single coil pack on my old Dodge van was dirt cheap compared to swapping 3 coils on the Toyota. Plus the coil pack was a 5 minute swap.
Just keep in mind that changing the rear coils by themselves is a 2-4 hour job + intake gaskets/etc. Changing them at the same time as the spark plugs is really no extra time. Fronts are easy and fast anytime, so no need to do those preemptively.

@Roader the PCV valve for the 2GR is right on top and is easy to get to anytime, so no need to do it at the same time as the plugs.

When were the plugs replaced?
I replaced the plugs at 120k miles but did not replace the coils at that time.

I had one of the rear coils fail at 163k miles. I replaced the rear 3 coils then. I saved the two working coils and carry them in the van for when the fronts start to go out.
