Hi Any great places to fix a 2003 Sienna with 190,000 miles? Reason price for thermostat, hose, antifreeze and serpentine belt? It’s an old car that I want to keep for reliable transportation.

I'm originally from 14623! Everything you've listed is a simple job, that any halfway competent mechanic will do a good job. Have them use a quality serpentine belt (napa comes to mind) and Asian/Toyota pink (e.g. Zerex Asian ) coolant in your vehicle and distilled water if it's concentrate. My preference is for gates hoses.
