I am a new owner of a Sienna 2008 94K miles and the problem is when I turn left about 30-35 mph the VSC and track off lights on and flashing. But it only happens when I turn left and not to the right and I don’t find what cause it. It doesn’t have any code or check engine light on.This mostly happened when I take a ramp to the left. Have you ever had this problem? Did you solved it? How can I solved?

Start with a Zero Point Calibration procedure. It sounds like someone replaced a suspension/steering component and didn't reset the steering angle and yaw sensor.

Is the check engine light on? If so, pull the codes out to see the problem. Pretty sure the VSC trac light has nothing to do with the O2 sensor
