Sienna 2013 LTD AWD Ottoman Seats not folding back.

Hello, has any one seen problems with retracting the ottomans back after they are opened up? It seems like we can recline the seats and pop open the ottomans on the Sienna but I can't seem to get it pushed back. The bottom cushion of the seat sticks out and stops us from pushing it all the way back. Does any one know what to do? Thanks.

Is the ottoman portion fully pushed in. As it can be extended when they're in the up position.

Just make sure the ottoman is not in extended position before folding it down.
