Do you guys believe that there are only 2525 25AE Siennas?

I think there are a lot more. I recall seeing that there are about 750 Toyota dealers in the US. That comes out to about 3 per dealer. The dealers that I have been checking (for my own Sienna) over the last year, all have had more than 3 come and go. It actually seemed like that was the most common trim level dealers were getting for a while, other than LE.
I think production of the other trim levels suffered because of it, too

Toyota has recently proven they are untrustworthy. They dont deliver keys, cars, or spare tires. Instead you get:
1. Promises of keys "in about a month" which never arrives.
2. No spare tire..an inflatable kit, instead. You can not order the car you want (with a spare), but instead must accept the model Toyota wants you to buy.
3. Instead of delivering siennas, they deliver "allocations", and pickup trucks, which are high profit and widely available on dealer lots.

Why so negative, @Broncofan? It's a vehicle. You have choices. Walk away if Toyota bothers you so much these days. Come back when parts availability increases and they make what you want at a price you are willing to pay.

Assuming that all of the 2525 25AEs were built during the first quarter where sales were 10.5K, just under 1/4 of 2023 Siennas were 25AEs.

Probably an overestimate, but that might explain why you're seeing yourself coming and going.

#2 You know this has been discussed due to their weight limit. Either you get the ottoman, or you get the spare tire, not both. I was also frustrated until learning their reason. Sounds silly but it is because of the weight restriction.

Then today, I saw another 25AE (AWD this time) in Monterey Park, CA (Plaza with Capital Seafood on Atlantic Blvd):

What happened? Why did it fall through? Are they a good dealership?

I was the backup. Original deal completed.

On 5/28/2023 as I was walking in Monterey Park, I came across a Silver 25AE AWD parked. Looks like visiting from Northern California.

Then on 5/29/2023 as I was driving towards the 57 freeway in Diamond Bar, I saw this 25AE FWD from Crown Toyota. He was driving too fast for me to catch up and take a different photo. lol

I think I’ve seen the Crown Toyota one too.

The silver AWD would have been my ideal build.
