Sienna Lift Coils - Actual Coils Not Springs

Hey Group,

I have recently lifted my sienna, but as an automotive engineer I am not biggest fan of spacer lifts.
More specifically it does not address the rear end sagging under load if we go out for the weekend.
I might just go simple and do an airbag kit in the rear or I might produce some new rear coils.

I have designed e a 3" lift rear coil with increased load capacity to aid in sagging. (rear cargo full, and hitch carrier with bikes or cargo)

I can buy a one off pair of rear springs that incredibly expensive.
Or I can do a batch order of almost 50 sets. Problem is selling 50 sets of lifted sienna springs is a bit of niche market.

Looking to test the waters of individuals that would want rear coil springs with increased load to pair with their lift kit from Journey.

Thanks!

What kind of economy are you gaining from the batch? In other words, how much?
I’m interested. I have the 2” on my woodland now
interested... price point? still waiting on my XSE to show up (ordered in March...), but i know that I may add a lift to get back to the trails/ponds we like.
Customs are $450 for a single set. If I got mass scale 50+ we are talking $199-$225 area a set. Based on the few responses I feel it might be risky to produce so many sets.
How is the body roll with these installed?
Would these rear springs replace the rear part of the lift kit, or are they an addition to the full kit? Maybe a dumb question, but I don’t know how these things work.

Maybe if so, others could get the front part of the lift kit and the custom rear springs, which would proably give you your 50 customers.
I have been looking for these. The stock springs sag quite a bit if you put anything on the hitch. The airbags don’t seem so reliable.

I know it’s been many months… Curious to see if you had the 3” HD coils produced? If so, any feedback?

I’m a recent Sienna owner coming from the overland/Land Cruiser community, so I too share your reservations about a spacer lift. Those lifts are seen as a major compromise and “cheap” solution in the 4WD world.
