Squeak from 3rd row seats?

Aside from the moonroof leakage issue (which was fixed) the only thing that bugs me about my 2021 is that I get a periodic squeak coming from the back especially when I go over bumps - amplified by the fact that the car is very quiet otherwise.

Managed to isolate it to the third row and it would go away for a while if I unlocked the rear row and slam them back into place in the upright position. Guessing that it's the "hooking mechanism" between the seat and the floor hook but haven't had time to study in detail and maybe add some grease or something.

Anyone experienced similar issue?

OMG i have had enough of this noise, not any more! I really want to upgrade to 2021:
Someone had this squeak from the third row and found it to be from where it latches on. The issue is temporarily fixed by taping the latch. I'm assuming from this description that the latch and the loop has some extra space in which a piece of tape was able to cushion and quiet.

Yes - it sounds exactly like that but not as loud!
we had a similar issue. squeaky 3rd row, wasn't 100% consistent. but if seats were folded in the floor it went away. then when brought back up usually was quiet for awhile and then would just start again. it was hard to plan it right to take it to the dealer while it was squeaking. but finally it worked out and they were able to drive it and hear it too. they ended up taking the rear seats out and installing a new latch system. they weren't totally sure this would work but it was what they were going to try first. luckily so far it's be fine. this was about a month ago.

Have noise/squeek problem in centre row passenger side seat. Dealer has had seat out and apart three times and installed a new frame. STILL THERE!! Anybody have any ideas???
For my 2014 Toyota sienna xle there was a similar noise from third row. finally, it turns out be a loose spare tire jack lift rod inside the right rear panel. it was loosely placed there. moved it and the nose is gone now.

Yes that is exactly the noise I have.
I have identified 3 sources of this noise. The seat you are sitting in is a good spot.

1. The 2nd row seat behind the driver. Try to have tension on the recliner pull behind the seat when this noise happens. Does it go away?
2. Do you have any trays in the rear? I have the optional trays and it rubs against the bottom of the rear chairs in transit. I have wrapped the trays with carpet around the edges to diagnose this and this has by far reduced most of the noise. The noise in 1 sounds almost the same.
3. The spare tire panel. It has a panel you can remove. Is this fastened correctly? There are items behind it that can cause a rattle. This is the least of the 3.

The rear door panel that covers the speaker is inheritedly noisy. Nothing I can do about it due to hard plastics.
