So I'm struggling with a squeaky glovebox on rough pavement, actually all pavement, so I finally closed a thin pair of liner gloves on the seam of the box right above the handle/ keyhole and viola. So now I guess I have to Attach some adhesive foam rubber cushioning at the place where it joins? Any ideas? I have some 1/4" black adhesive foam....like neoprene.

Because it could be a defective part I would not try to fix it yourself. The tech needs to be able to duplicate the problem.
