i also use my van for work only. I don't do rideshare tho, i do make quite a bit more. i got the trans fluid changed at 97k, the dealer told me "its not needed, its lifetime fluid". yea, okay, well, a new trans unit is 14000, a fluid change cost me $260. its a drain and fill, like 6.5 quarts of WS trans fluid, and fluids do wear out. brake fluid exchange/swap is only needed if the brake fluid gets dark or contaminated, aka, it doesn't look nice light amber. mine is starting to get dark, so im gonna swap the res tank fluid, and then vacuum bleed the rest from the corners to get the rest out, probably next summer, as its winter here now(no moisture in the air to absorb!).
I had the dealer do the coolant, and honestly, it was reasonably priced, much like the trans fluid change, so i will probably have them do it again, as it only cost me $145. Edit: had the coolant for both cooling systems changed at 105k. they wanted $150 to do the rear diff tho, so I have no issue doing that myself, as its also just a drain and fill, and it takes like 20 minutes at most.
also, if you are doing frequent oil changes like me, I suggest you get a fumoto valve or other quarter turn ball valve for your drain plug. literally, zero hassle oil changes, i slide under, drop the panel, attach the hose, put the drain pan under the oil filter, put hose in drain pan, open valve, remove filter, install new filter, wait for it to finish draining, close valve, remove hose, put panel back, and then fill it. I also overfill it slightly, the engine calls for 4.25 quarts, I usually end up putting in 4.5 to 4.6 quarts. lands just above the full mark on the dipstick, but when the engine is running, its not that full.
