Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) percentage range with OBDII scanner

Does anyone know the acceptable percentage range for the TPS on a 2006 Sienna using an OBDII scanner? I am getting 15% at idle and 49% at WOT. The graph is super smooth so I am assuming 49% is max. Thanks!
