If you get twice the gas mileage comparing to your older sienna, that's a great result for the circumstances. On average people get "only" 50% better MPGs on the hybrid sienna
Came from an 07 Tahoe before this so getting basically 3x the gas mileage in the 22 Sienna on a regular day, circumstances haven't given much chance to hypermile at this point.

I'll be honest, the Eco/Power "tach" greatly influenced my light foot approach to driving, versus my 2018 V6 Limited AWD.
It's fascinating to watch the various Eco measurements. I did 95% of the driving under Normal mode, not feeling any noticeable difference in Eco or Power. I'll play around with the modes on my second tank to get a better feel for them.

From what I remember reading on this forum, there is no much difference in the fuel efficiency between ECO and non-ECO; the throttle gets a little high-strung, but it's not tapping into any secret reserves of power. In ECO, I believe, the HVAC algorithm is a little different.

From my own experience, a conservative driving style ("like you pay for your gas yourself and have your own stuff/kids riding with you") is the most important factor in the fuel economy.

Have tried ECO several times for extended mileage but always come back to NORMAL as ECO hvac settings get the family complaining!!

Plus no better mileage in ECO vs NORMAL, at least for our driving; YMMV.

Maybe the ECO-NORMAL-SPORT switch is a variety of the "Placebo Button", like the door closing button in [at least some} elevators that doesn't accelerate the door closing, but gives the impatient rider something to do while waiting for the door to close :)

Yep! Sounds like that could be the case, one more switch to push or toggle.

First fill-up of my 2023 25th Anniversary Edition AWD. Not the wildly impressive 40+ mpg numbers some people post, but I'm thrilled with these numbers. Our area is very hilly, and very little (15%) of this first tank could be described as expressway/interstate driving. Lots of start/stop driving with little opportunity to keep the needle in the ECO zone while getting up to speed in traffic situations. This MPG and range is twice what my 2018 Sienna Limited AWD got under similar driving conditions. I ran the tank down lower than normal, just to get an idea of the actual tank capacity. It took
17.2 gallons to fill up. I'm a believer and looking forward to what the future brings.

I've been getting roughly ~34MPG with eco mode on. However, this is a combination of my driving habits (maximize efficiency) and my wife's (don't care).....

Good afternoon, after much searching here in the great State of Vermont I have finally been able to secure a 25th Anniversary AWD in the wind chill pearl. Being that I am in Vermont I typically have 2 sets of rims for my vehicles. Anyone getting rid of their 18" rims for the AWD version? I would be interested.

Wait, inverter was standard? My build sheet does not list the inverter, did yours? Toyota says it is a $300 option that mine does not have. I would be very pleasantly surprised if mine has the inverter, but I am very skeptical. I should be taking delivery in a couple weeks.
Did your delivery end up having the inverter and JBL 12-speaker package?
