From what I gather, even though they’re not specifically listed on Window sticker or VSPEC - those features are part of the 25th Anniversary package.

Yes, my 25th AE was delivered with both the Inverter Package and JBL speakers.
I will be taking delivery of mine this coming Friday. I was pleasantly surprised that in Canada it comes with wheel locks and mud flaps and two sets of mats. Went in to take pictures after it finally arrived at the dealership.

That's interesting that it came with the JBL upgrade. I've tried building online and the XSE Plus with JBL is not available, and I've looked at a couple PDF window stickers which only list the basic stereo. Weird.
BTW the JBL system is worth the money- it's a great system. This compared to bose in our Cayenne (very good system) and alpine's in our 2 Jeeps (very good systems- ampline sub in a new wrangler slams pretty good) and a alpine in our Ram (very good system). These are all stock system comparisons. FYI also I'm a bass head and the JBL has enough bass for me- it handles ASAP R real well for example.
I have done a few systems with aftermarket one in my boat and one in my 12 sec DD truck all turned out good but they always take up extra space so, to me, if a stock system sounds good with no sub and amp in your way- the good sounding stock system is the way to go (good sounding stock system has to have good bass).

I just picked up my AWD 25th too and it had the chrome wheels, I was very disappointed. I have called Toyota directly to complain. Please do the same, from what I remember all pics online when building before had dark wheels.
AWD Siennas come with chrome 18 inch wheels.
Only the FWD come with darker wheels.
IIRC, dark wheels are fake too

My 25AE didn't come with the special 25AE floormats nor the exclusive black key fob cover with silver stitching featuring the “25th Anniversary” badge. The dealership promises to do a follow-up because it looks like vehicle left factory as is. It came instead with all weather floormats branded Toyota. I was however pleasantly surprised to see trajectory guidelines while backing up because I was certain it was reserved for the Limited and Platinum versions. So far I'm avegering 8.5L/100km which translates to about 27 MPG. My driving style has a lot to do with it but I started to keep the needle in the green area and hopefully will achieve better fuel economy. Tinted the front windows today and dressed it winter Toyo GSI3. Anyone knows what's underneath those shiny fake chrome wheels?

Those crappy chrome wheels are lame, I’m trying to figure out if I want to spend extra money to get something else .

Picked up mine last Monday but it was built in December '22. I'm also in Canada so the options might differ from the States. It also comes with (half) heated steering wheel. I wish it was equipped with the roof flip down screen or that it was offered. I plan now to fit it with the OEM spare tire.
Thanks for posting on the key FOB. I am also in Canada and got the 25AE floormats with mine when I picked it up last month but did not get the Key FOB cover. My 25AE was also built in December 2022. I also can't believe how the interior lights are so dim.
