Hey everyone,
I need your ardvice. I have a 12 Sienna LE 3.5L
I have alot of problems in it.
1- water pump went on 50k
( replaced under warranty)

Now..
2 - rust on both sides of the mechanism of sliding door - Not covered un warranty
3- Master switch sparked and over heated and burn my finger and ofcourse its not covered under warranty.
So i called the 1-800 number for Toyota and basically the case manager is giving me the run around?

I bough this van preowned with 28k miles on in November 2014.
Any advice?

So I went to Toyota today and they did an inspection on it and they sent to the Engineering department in Toyota alot of photos for the door without the panel and the master window switch (fried from inside) and waiting after the new years because they might send an engineering crew to see what happened.

Members any idea what should i do in this situation? I asked to Toyota to buy the car back but ofcourse the case manager doesn't want to cooperate.

Did you buy it from a Toyota dealer? If so, was it Certified? Did you buy any sort of extended warranty? Mileage on it now?

I bought it preowned from a Toyota dealer with 28k miles on it in Nov 2014 now it has 51k on it and i didnt buy any warrenty on it. Power train is still under 5yrs/60 but the rest is expired.
The van didn't even had a scratch on it when i bought it.

Today i went to get inspection and it failed because it needed rotors and brakes all around. Although i changed them at the dealer last year 20k miles ago.
