Just bought a new 2007 Toyota Sienna. My customers live in new england and one morning last week it was about 25 degrees out and went to start the vehicle and it would turn the starter but the engine would not kick. After my customers used other resources to get to work my customers came home and tried to start it again MaxiSYS MS906. The outside temp increased to 35 maybe, and after a few attempts got it to start. My customers then let it run for a half an hour so that it wasn't a flood. then took it to work. After getting to work my customers shut it off and then tried to start it again and it did the same thing. My customers wife and my customers took it to the dealership and left it overnight and they of course couldn't reproduce the problem. My customers bet if the warranty was up that they could. but anyways. This is a brand new vehicle and should not act this way. Does anyone have any thoughts or had a simular problem? My customers is stuck on this one. -Thanks

I'm going to assume the OP meant 2017 as he refers to it as a new vehicle and in warranty more than once.

Temperature dependent start issues are most likely the fault of a bad integrated circuit or connector to one. No codes logged?
