The Poster is in a region outside of North America so sourcing parts & cost would vary significantly. Here is a reply to one of his earlier queries ... 2012SE-to-2018SEYou could maybe share links to where you got all the stuff and how much. Others who might see your thread and are considering some of these swaps might want to know.
Nice work by the way.

Thanks very much bro it was all plug and play besides the hood that had to be filled and painted all the bumpers lined up perfect with out aby issues and the headlights where from alpharex.com the grill is from baysonLove it !!!! wanted to do this when I had a warranty claim on my 2015 but no one had ventured this route, how was the overall fitment of the front bumper, was there anything major that needed to be modified; or did everything just fit plug and play. The above question will be both for the front grill and the bumper. Where did you buy the headlights from? and what was your total cost approx...
Excellent job BTW!!!!!

Congrats on the ride!
Thanks.the interior on the 2015+ are much nicerExterior can be done, change bumper, grill, headlights, tail Lights, as they mostly will fit without much modification. The problem for me is there's no way switch out the cockpit/interior dash to 2015+. That's where I would like to upgrade it but it's not possible.
Looks nice though
