TPMS ID's on Just Wheels?

I'm looking for a 2nd set of wheels for our 2015 Sienna. I found a set for sale locally but the seller doesn't know the TPMS ID's.

Is there a way to determine the ID's from just the wheels? Are the ID's written on the sensors so if I remove the tires I can see?

There are two ways:
1) The HEX ID is usually written on the body of the sensor.
2) Any tire shop with an ATEQ VT55 or better grade tool should be able to ping it and get a direct readout of it's ID, battery health, etc.
