Unused connector under hood latch

Quick introduction. My name is Farid. I have a 2006 Toyota sienna LE. It has 136,000 miles. Yesterday I replaced the radiator. While removing the radiator I found a connector that is under the latch it has two wires. It is unused.
I thought I removed it from somewhere and I forgot. Anybody knows anything about that connector?
I do appreciate any help.

Might be a wiring harness for a hood alarm you don't have in your model - there would be a sensor switch. Horn wires are also near that location.

Another possibility is the air temp sensor that usually lives near that location.

Thank you both for your reply.
The air temperature sensor is connected. The other connector that I’m talking about is very short and close to the latch that opens the hood. I’m guessing DC Dave is correct.

By the way, replacing the radiator is such a pain in the back. The two screws on the bottom of the radiator took me a while to find. They are also difficult to put back.😤
