I just replaced this on my 2000 Sienna with 235k miles. The old one came off OK, but had a problem getting the new one in. The rear mount went OK, but the engine would need to tilt forward about 7/16" to get the front mount bolt through. What finally worked was wedging the scissor jack from my Protege between the firewall and the intake manifold. Doing that I was able to push the engine forward a bit, then used a stubby Phillips through the bracket and pried on the new mount to get the last bit I needed.

I bought the new mount from Autozone.
Duralast Passenger Side Motor Mount 14216

A host of under $20 parts are out there, but I read a lot of poor reviews of them. The Duralast seems to be a high quality, durable part.
