It is very slight air that you feel coming out the seats. You can feel it a bit better closer to your upper back area!
If you go for a drive with the ventilated seats on, you won’t necessarily feel your back getting cold - but more so you will notice that your back does not get hot/sweaty.

You should be able to hear noticeable wind noise coming from the headrest while seated. It gets me all the time.
Btw, the ventilation effect is kind of subtle. You can easily notice the difference when you turn it off after seating on it for a while, specially when hot outside.

Did you make sure the ac is on? It’s subtle but noticeable and I use it on hot days. Makes for a sweatless back.
