The most ridiculous thing is getting no updates from dealership and not responsive to emails at all. I believe they should build a webpage or app that shows where you are in the line. I ordered a xse with technology package in January this year and even the sales manager wouldn't respond to my email. I just want to know how many clients are ahead of me. I thought managing client expectations is part of sales and services.
