I was told recently both my lower brake lights didn't work but the over the back door light works fine.

Bought 7443 bulbs, replaced the bulbs, Brake lights still don't work.

Changed the 10a fuse under driver side knee panel, Brake lights still don't work.

Lock the car and the brake lights flash properly.

What am I missing?

checked the fuse named "Tail". still no luck, could it be the switch on the brake pedal?
