I just purchased a 2019 inn Mexico where I now live. It has a extended warranty of 3 years or 45,000 miles. my question is this, the oil filler cap indicates 0W/20 oil, but instead the engine compartment there is a factory sticker indicating 5W/30. Everywhere I read it says use 0W/2 but if not available once, it's okay to use 5W/30 but then switch back to 5W20.
I have to assume that for the first 45,000 mi of this car's life the 5W/30 was used and I'm not sure if I should switch back to the 0w 20 as the owner's manual indicates
W 30 is a mineral oil whereas the zero w 20 is a synthetic oil very interested in your comments and experiences thank you
