Yes, yes and yes. Your comments are agreeing my original post. Are these new upgrades coming to North America for the next refresh? And at how much extra cost? That's the question.
The Infotainment system is Chinese market only as it pre-installed many useless Chinese apps, and the touch sense is really bad. You won't want that, just wait for the Venza update.

The dual sunroof? I heard we don't have it due to safety concerns, but I'm not really sure. This is my best wish that we could have for our Sienna as the third-row windows are so small on Gen 4, a sunroof would be great for third-row passengers.

Power second-row seat with ottoman? Not really care personally, sometimes I need the seat to be moved faster so the manual may be better.

Power folding side mirrow? I have this function on my RX350, the most useful of this is you can know from a distance that you've locked the car without trying to push the lock button or walk to the car and pull the handle. But we have the Toyota app now so, hmmm, not really care.

What else did I miss?

I thought the Sienna had power folding mirrors when (un)locking?

It does, only on the Limited trim in Canada. I don't understand why they save that feature only for the top trim, it's so useful for a large vehicle like the Sienna. At the same time, it's standard on the little CH-R at the XLE trim level (my dad has one)... go figure...

Agreed. Manufacturers should have a clear distinction between features and mandatory functions. Things like leather seats, heated/ventilated seats, sunroof, rear entertainment system, navigation, etc. are definitely features that one can live without. However, things like power trunk, power folding mirror, power windows, USB ports, etc. are all essential functions for a family vehicle.

Not a safety issue for not having a pano roof. Just cost cutting. The previous gen had one. Heck most EVs have a total glass roof! Definitely not a safety issue.

More likely a weight (fuel economy) issue, the glass pano roofs add quite a bit of weight. It looks like Toyota went to great lengths to limit the maximum weight with options combinations in North America, maybe to make sure every configuration maintains the 35mpg/36mpg rating.

Also, there is a rear entertainment system on the ceiling. One big glass roof would eliminate this feature. Toyota could still add a second sunroof to give more natural light to third-row passengers.
