Wanted to see if we could get an official thread going just about wheels. I'm on the younger side when it comes to van owners, and I wanted to spruce it up with just a pinch of style. Looking for inspiration. Please post up your beautiful rides!
Do you recall what the offset was on the 8.5" Enkie's? Just wondering if it was +35 and if you ran into any issues withI waited almost a year for my XSE. Picked it up last week and got the wheels on today! Still need to tint the front windows and finish the chrome delete.

Honestly, I wouldn't be too happy about having only 10mm of thread contact either. I hope my new wheels are not like that.I was a little bummed out about seeing how the aftermarket lugs only engage about 10mm of the stud thread, whereas the factory nuts engage probably double that (the factory nuts are a shank style, and do not fit onto the new wheels).
Installed the 18" enkei xm-6 wheels. I would recommend installing with centering aluminum hub bore adapters, 60.1mm to 72.6mm on the sienna (discount tire didn't install them). The rings I got from amazon went on tightly and seemed well made. I was a little bummed out about seeing how the aftermarket lugs only engage about 10mm of the stud thread, whereas the factory nuts engage probably double that (the factory nuts are a shank style, and do not fit onto the new wheels). If I had to do it again, I would buy a set of used 18" factory wheels, remove the hub caps, and have the wheels repainted. Although the aftermarket wheels look good. View attachment 65785
I had the same problem with my XM6 wheels. I had asked if anyone else was having the same problem, but no responses, I assume it was just me. Ended up installing new ARP studs... Unfortunately, ARP studs are extra long, so I had cut them down.Honestly, I wouldn't be too happy about having only 10mm of thread contact either. I hope my new wheels are not like that. Is everybody else with aftermarket wheels having the same issue?
Any chance you have the ARP part number just in case I run into the same problem? Maybe the EnkieI had the same problem with my XM6 wheels. This is probably the route I am going to go as well. Did you have to remove anything besides the calipers and rotors to replace the studs?I had the same problem with my XM6 wheels. Wheels are just made very thick through the hub.
I don't think so. I was going to do the replacement myself, but I couldn't figure out how to put the electronic parking brake into service mode to remove the caliper and ended up going to my mechanic to get it done. This is probably the route I am going to go as well. Another thing to remember if you are going with longer studs: If you have an oem spare wheel, it only takes the factory nuts. The factory nuts will likely bottom out on the longer studs. A solution might be drill five factory nuts through the top parts, so the studs can pass through the nuts. This is the set I bought:
I had found some other brands on Amazon that weren't as long, but I wasn't sure I wanted to buy a no-name (to me) wheel stud....
I don't have a spare, so I didn't even consider that! Toyota used to have open ended shank lugs...not sure if they still stock them?Another thing to remember if you are going with longer studs: If you have an oem spare wheel, it only takes the factory nuts. Oh man. Thank you for posting the issue a while ago though. Decided I am probably just gonna stick to my stock 18" with plastics hubsI had the same problem with my XM6 wheels. I had some Model Y 19"s on for a while.I have the 2021 XSE AWD and also a Model 3 Tesla, wondering if anyone has looked in to installing the model 3 stock aero wheels on Sienna? I have seen on Honda Civic forums where they have done so and since Sienna has the same Bolt pattern they should fit. I have Touren TR78 18inch on stock tires on my Sienna currently and those are also also compatible with Model 3. I really want to swap them so that I don't have store /sell Model Aero wheels.
That looks really nice! How come you didn't keep them on?I had some Model Y 19"s on for a while.

When do you need to know? Tire change season is just a few weeks away. I can measure when I do my swap a couple of weeks.Have to ask a favour. If somebody has access to a set of the OEM Centre Caps off a 4th Gen can you measure the diameter in millimeters?
I purchased a set of aftermarket wheels that takes a 58mm centre cap. Most Toyota Centre Caps I see on eBay are 57mm and 62mm. I can
not find the diameter on the 42603-08010 that are on the newer 21-24 Sienna's.
OEM size and no mods. What size are those tires and did you have to make any additional mods?
Not in a big hurry. Let me know if you get a chance. Thanks.....When do you need to know? Tire change season is just a few weeks away. I can measure when I do my swap a couple of weeks.
