I waited almost a year for my XSE. Picked it up last week and got the wheels on today! Still need to tint the front windows and finish the chrome delete.

Do you recall what the offset was on the 8.5" Enkie's? Just wondering if it was +35 and if you ran into any issues with
rubbing where they are a little deeper than the 8" with +30 offset?

Installed the 18" enkei xm-6 wheels. I would recommend installing with centering aluminum hub bore adapters, 60.1mm to 72.6mm on the sienna (discount tire didn't install them). The rings I got from amazon went on tightly and seemed well made. I was a little bummed out about seeing how the aftermarket lugs only engage about 10mm of the stud thread, whereas the factory nuts engage probably double that (the factory nuts are a shank style, and do not fit onto the new wheels). If I had to do it again, I would buy a set of used 18" factory wheels, remove the hub caps, and have the wheels repainted. Although the aftermarket wheels look good.

Honestly, I wouldn't be too happy about having only 10mm of thread contact either. I hope my new wheels are not like that.
Is everybody else with aftermarket wheels having the same issue?

I had the same problem with my XM6 wheels. I had asked if anyone else was having the same problem, but no responses, I assume it was just me. Ended up installing new ARP studs... Unfortunately, ARP studs are extra long, so I had cut them down.

Any chance you have the ARP part number just in case I run into the same problem? Maybe the Enkie
Wheels are just made very thick through the hub.

This is probably the route I am going to go as well. Did you have to remove anything besides the calipers and rotors to replace the studs?

I don't think so. I was going to do the replacement myself, but I couldn't figure out how to put the electronic parking brake into service mode to remove the caliper and ended up going to my mechanic to get it done.

Be aware that there isn't enough clearance to reinstall the ARP studs at their full length. I had pre-cut mine before installation and they only JUST fit in a gap with some wiggling and tapping. I'd tell you how long I cut mine down to, but I didn't make that note. I guessed length I needed by measuring against a stock Toyota Stud I had lying around and adding a few more turns on the lug.

This is the set I bought:

I had found some other brands on Amazon that weren't as long, but I wasn't sure I wanted to buy a no-name (to me) wheel stud....
Another thing to remember if you are going with longer studs: If you have an oem spare wheel, it only takes the factory nuts. The factory nuts will likely bottom out on the longer studs. A solution might be drill five factory nuts through the top parts, so the studs can pass through the nuts.

I don't have a spare, so I didn't even consider that! Toyota used to have open ended shank lugs...not sure if they still stock them?

For me, the cut down studs are short enough that they don't bottom out using the OE 18" wheel and OE close ended lugs, but still have 15+ turns with the Enkei wheels and McGard spline drives.

Oh man. Thank you for posting the issue a while ago though. Decided I am probably just gonna stick to my stock 18" with plastics hubs :(. Given I just installed the spare tire kit as well-- probably just safer/less of a headache. Unless anybody knows of somebody in the bay area, ca that can remove the plastic and clean them up.

I have the 2021 XSE AWD and also a Model 3 Tesla, wondering if anyone has looked in to installing the model 3 stock aero wheels on Sienna? I have seen on Honda Civic forums where they have done so and since Sienna has the same Bolt pattern they should fit. I have Touren TR78 18inch on stock tires on my Sienna currently and those are also also compatible with Model 3. I really want to swap them so that I don't have store /sell Model Aero wheels.
I had some Model Y 19"s on for a while.

Have to ask a favour. If somebody has access to a set of the OEM Centre Caps off a 4th Gen can you measure the diameter in millimeters?
I purchased a set of aftermarket wheels that takes a 58mm centre cap. Most Toyota Centre Caps I see on eBay are 57mm and 62mm. I can
not find the diameter on the 42603-08010 that are on the newer 21-24 Sienna's.

When do you need to know? Tire change season is just a few weeks away. I can measure when I do my swap a couple of weeks.
