Looking for suggestions!!
Is it better to keep the factory wheels or sell them?
I enquired with Toyota and it looks like the cost of XSE wheel (20") is $890 + tax per wheel.

Thanks!
It depends if you want to upgrade from 18" to 20" (or 19") wheels. I was ok with going with 18" wheels and using the OEM tires for the softer ride on an XSE. Cheers!

I had the oem 20" ones that came with XSE 25th Anniversary FWD trim. I upgraded to TSW Clypse 20" as I didn't like the plastic caps on the wheels and using the stock tires.

2022 Toyota Sienna Limited AWD Hybrid Stock wheels have a Chrome Cap over Black aluminum.

I had one shop quote me $400 for Rhino black aluminum wheels and when I started looking more in depth at my wheels, I realize the chrome caps could come off. It took me using to pry bars and being careful not to scratch them. The pry bars that I used were 3 foot that I use for construction.

I have not been too concerned with removing industrial grade adhesive from the hubcaps due to my sienna been on the trails more often than not.
I plan on checking with a powder coating company on what temperatures would be safe to apply heat from a heat gun to remove it in the future.

Is there a consensus on the best performance wheels in terms of weight savings?
If I'm going to upgrade wheels, figure I would go for lighter and high-quality tires.
Haven't really seen anything in the 20 inch range for weight savings. Looks like probably have to go down to 19inch wheels or maybe go to 235/55/20 vs 235/50/20?

So I finally heard back from manufacturer of these wheels I wanna get, and the wheel load weight is 1588lbs. I tried looking up how to calculate if they’d be ok for the Sienna and I think it has to be at least half of the gross axle weight rating for the Sienna.
Thing is, I can’t find the GAWR for a 2023 Sienna AWD. Can someone help with that? I think it should be listed in the manufacture plate if anyone can take a look for me. Specially anyone with a 25AE AWD model : )
I realize that your post was older but those wheels would have been okay if you don't overload the van. The GVWR on any of the Sienna models, FWD or AWD is 6170 lbs. I think they are recommending a little higher wheel load rating because of tendencies people have to overload the payload capacity.

Hey guys,

I am picking up my Platinum shortly, its a fwd with the 20" wheels. I dont like 20's, and I dont like the plastic hub cap. Will likely pick up some aftermarket 18's. Ive noticed most hub bores on aftermarket rims are 73.1mm and supply an adapter ring to fit the toyota's 60.1mm hub bore. Have any of you had any issues with this? Any balance or vibration issues? Thanks

No problems at all. Hub rings are the standard way to make sure wheels are hub cententrically mounted. Personally, I like plastic rings because they don't get fused to my wheels, but some people prefer metal ones.

Finally got around to putting the TRD Camry wheels on with Wildpeak AT Trails on my XSE AWD. Pulled off our Rav4 Prime. There was a photoshop I did a year ago or more before I even had the van floating around on the forum.

notes:
There is a smooth side and aggressive sidewall side to these tires. This is the more aggressive sidewall side.
I lost 0.5-1 mpg from oem AWD XSE setup

Next step is trim chrome delete then I’m done!

What size are those tires and did you have to make any additional mods?
