Got a 23 Sienna Platinum about 3 weeks ago. Today, tried to use the AC outlets for the first time. I plugged in a usb hub to the outlet behind the center console. Nothing. Tried the one in the trunk. Nothing.

Tried with engine on, gas engine running, accessory only...nothing would make them work.

So I scheduled a service appointment. But is there something stupid I might be missing? Maybe it's me...just stupid user error? lol

Thanks!

There is probably a switch on the lower dash to the left of the steering column

Did you press the 115 outlet button on the console? AC outlets are by default turned for safty reasons.

Yeah, I personally find it very annoying that they aren't always on. I frequently forget to turn it on when I wanted to (electric cooler).
