Clip for the hood rod support.

01 Sienna LE.(74,000 miles) it is missing the clip at the bottom which holds the hood support rod in place.
I currently have the rod propped up against the plastic coolant bottle.

I know the part that I need(clip, hood support rod-$1.86), do I need anything else?
I thought I would check here first to see if anybody else had this problem.
To my knowledge(Carfax) the van has never been in an accident, but it got me wondering
a bit.

Mine broke also.
I could not locate it at my local auto part stores, so I bought it through Rockauto.
It is a plastic part.......not unusual for it to break.
You do not need any other part......I don't know that the new one will last forever, expect to be replacing it again.

Thanks, it came in 2 separate black plastic pieces, the problem is that the end
of the hood support rod is bent so it doesn't fit, going to buy a new one.
