@TooSlowDriver it has 164,000 miles on it. The Carfax did show it had a minor accident on the front. Supposedly. I do know that it was bought off auction before we bought it, so it definitely lived a life before I bought it, I'll say that much.

That said, we bought it knowing it would need some work but that the bare bones of it all seemed to be in tact.

We paid for a big tune up and service to sort of get it up to speed, including replacing tires, spark plugs, new tire pressure sensors, brake fluid flush, put in a new battery, flush and refill transmission fluid.

So we were bummed to see these codes go off after only about a week since all of this work has been done.

@sbihue good to know it's all the front bank, I figured they would be all on the same bank since they're the even numbered cylinders.

looking at possibly the fuel injectors and/or coil. will be taking in to a mechanic (that I trust) later today. Just wanted to get a good idea of what I might be looking at.

UPDATE:

I should have let the gas cap take more than a day to settle in because the lights turned off the very day I made this post. All because I had replaced the gas cap earlier!

Spent $16 on an aftermarket gas cap. Took a day then lights went away.

Don't get me wrong, I'm going to be vigilant about the maintenance of this car - but for now, I'm ok with the lights turning off on their own!

Thanks for the advice. if the lights come up, I'll know where to look.
