Last time you rotated the tires on my van, it was returned with a missing wheel emblem, missing valve step cap, and a cross-threaded lug nut that needed to be broken off to be fixed.
Now I know why my rotors only last a year before warping, the employees are using impact wrenches instead of torque wrenches to tighten the nuts.

Then, I noticed that my Camry was missing a lug-nut a few months after replacing my tires. Joke's on me, I purchased a new lug-nut, but the stud was stripped out. Once again, the lug nuts were slammed on with a torque wrench.

Would love to talk to someone about this, I will never let Discount Tire touch a vehicle again.
