How do I remove the 3rd Row Seats in 2023 Sienna XLE?

I can find videos about removing 3rd row seats for older models, but I can't find any for the Gen 4 and Sienna 2023 in particular. Has anyone removed them and have links to videos and articles?

I removed mine and keep tools and a full size deflated spare in the well, with a cover on top.
